Feeling under-appreciated at work

I’ll try to keep this as brief as I can but I’m just concerned about a few things happening at my job. I work for a small business with a few locations and it’s a job I really love and have tried to work at for a long time. I’ve been here a year and at first I really liked it but as I have worked there more I’ve noticed a lot of strange things. First I was hired at $9/hr which isn’t great but it was part time and I’m a college student living at home so it’s not a huge deal. The $9 was supposed to go to $10 when I got cashier trained which was almost immediately but it was until after I was hired that my manager told me I had to wait 90 days for my raise (whatever) I still had to remind them quite a few times and it took almost 6 months to get my raise. We also work up to 9 hour shifts, mostly walking on a concrete floor helping customers and we are only allowed a 30 min lunch break - something that no one is ever told about in training unless they ask. I’ve tried to bring up that a 10-15 min break would be really nice in addition to the lunch break, especially for my coworkers who are in their 60s and 70s but they don’t seem to agree. Even though I work part time, I am a key holder at my job, can cashier, have opened and closed many times on my own - something that besides me, only management does and I recently found out that while I’m making $10/hr my manager is staring people now at $11/hr based on “past retail experience”. I even went to another one of our stores to help cashier on Black Friday! For perspective, I have worked retail 6 years and have a combined experience of 8 for times when I’ve had two jobs. After this all came to my attention, of course I quickly got a raise to $11/hr and was told how “appreciated” I was but my feelings are just kind of hurt. Most of the staff from when I first got hired has all quit for similar reasons and a really close coworker of mine who brought up the pay discrepancies up to my manager was told that people get “to focused on the dollar amount” I’m sure I’ve left something out but I just feel really undervalued at a company I really like and have put a lot of my time into even while being a full time college student. Not really sure what I’m trying to accomplish by posting all this but I just need to vent. I graduate college in May so do I wait it out or try to find something better paying until I graduate??
