Feel guilty for thinking about quitting at a new job?

Obligatory "this is my first post here"

I recently (like 3 weeks ago) got hired at a dog daycare/boarding facility and I thought it would be fine because I worked at one in the summer before I moved but I'm realizing that I don't enjoy it as much as I thought I did. It's very loud, much louder than the last place I worked, and it feels like I just stand around more as the shifts are much longer and I just feel like I could be doing better things with my time. I'm planning to stay with them over Christmas/new years to help with the business rush they get, but I feel bad for thinking about quitting because they're putting effort into training me and think that I'm going to be staying for quite a while longer. I have been looking at other jobs, but I haven't applied for any as I wouldn't be able to start until mid/late January.

Basically, I'd just like some advice and really any thoughts on the situation. Also how would you approach your employer about this? Surely quitting because "it's loud and I'm bored" will seem somewhat immature?
