Asked to record a video after submitting a resume for a hospitality job???

Are they for real!? I have to AUDITION for this shit now?? After already submitting a resume, cover letter, AND "say something witty about yourself that will catch our eye in 150 letters or less!"

As if it all wasn't enough!?!?!

I've long suspected especially with hospitality that they can work out how old I am based on my school dates, and that they don't interview me because of age.

Is this a sneaky way to see what people look like ahead of time? Isn't that somewhat wrong?

God I can't believe the hoops some shit positions make you jump through... it's just a FoH job and not even heavy duty work. Ugh.
