Anyone ever worked at the Harvard Business School ?

Hi guys ! Has anyone ever worked at the Harvard Business School (worked not studied there) ? If so, what was your experience like ? Is it a good place to work at ? Can you give details about work/life balance, compensation and benefits ? Are people nice ? What was your job ? If possible, have you worked at one of the research centers outside of the US ?
