A hiring manager sent me an interview offer through email and suggested a date and time however did not indicate how the interview will be conducted, how should I respond back to ensure I will get an email back with more details?

Basically the title. I don't want to send an email saying Yes that date and time works for me, look forward to speaking with you. and either not end up hearing back with more details about the interview (like whether it will be on zoom or a phone interview) or they do end up responding back and I look like a clown for jumping the ship too soon and saying "I look forward to speaking with you". Would it be impolite to ask how the interview will be conducted in my email?

Am I overthinking this?
