Will a 16 week “digital media boot camp” via legitimate college have any influence on getting employment?

I went to school for advertising & public relations & graduated in 2017. I struggled to get responses let alone interviews. Finally landed one at a start up esque company and they ghosted us before we ever got paid. Essentially gave up after that & 100 applications later. Do you think going “back to school” to complete this boot camp will have any influence on landing a job in the digital media field?
