I recently switched careers from paid advertising to developer. It took me around 6 months studying full time until I was hired as a dev full time. I have been working as a developer for 3 months now.
Based on the current market rate I should be getting paid around 100k but am currently making 65k.
When should go job hunting again? I'm thinking around 6 months.
