What is the intent behind a Final Round "Coffee Chat" with Jr employees?

Hi! I have a panel presentation interview + Q & A for 30m, then 30 minutes of "Coffee Chat" with two of the Analysts (position I'm applying for) at the firm. Everything is done over Zoom. Both Analysts have been at the firm for about 1 year. So they would be junior employees.

Since this is 30 minutes, is this essentially a test of fit with the team, and the two Analysts will be my colleagues? How are they going to ask fit questions in a "Coffee Chat?" Am I getting too hung up on the wording? I'm not sure what to expect and how relaxed/informal I should approach this. What would they ask/talk about?

I'd always found final interview chats, in general, to be with higher seniority people (usually higher than the hiring manager). So I'm not quite sure where this is headed.

If anybody has had similar experiences (especially one that is at the end of a final round interview), please feel free to share them!
