Quit my job or take time off for interviews?

Long story short, i joined a new company two weeks ago that I absolutely hate and being disrespected by my manager almost everyday. Job itself is not what was on the job description either.

I have about 1 day worth of PTO/sick day i can take.

I have 4-5 interviews i have that would take up a lot of my time doing interviews.

Should i just quit my job and do the interviews instead?

ALSO, will future employers ever know i worked at a company for two weeks if i never mention them or put them on my resume? Companies im interviewing for think im just taking a break right now instead of working somewhere else.
