Need some advice. I joined a women’s networking group and saw a post from someone looking for remote work. One of the comments was someone saying they worked at x company that was hiring. I commented asking if there was multiple positions because I was interested. We chatted back and fourth and it’s basically my dream job/company. It’s a client advisor at a high end retail company. I know the position exists as I’ve almost applied to it before(posting was taken down before I could apply).
She tells me that I can email her and a recruiter will be in touch. The email isn’t a company email it’s her personal and she wants my full name, resume and phone number. It sounds like she works in the position I’d be doing so she could be getting a referral bonus.
Should I send it along? I cannot find any info that proves she works there. I searched her Facebook and nothing was there. Couldn’t find her linkdin. I know it’s info that’s already out there on indeed or a Google search but the whole send to my personal email that is making me hesitant. It’s my dream job though.
