Question about my prescreening today

I hope you are doing well. Just got a question about my interview today, I started off the interview really well today, and I answered every question well. By mistake I slipped the wrong word by mistake, instead of saying "my brother's surgery", I said "family issue", the context was "when having you ever submitted something late and how did you deal with it" something along those lines.

2nd question is do recruiters ask about when can you start and how much salary do you want, does that mean they care about me? Finally, she told me that I would hear back from her in 3 days ish vs the email she sent says 10 days and had a survey, what do yall think?
