My preferred name is not my legal name and my employer has used my preferred name for my background check, should I be concerned?

The website said to call if there were any issues but I don't want to call. They request an order number or something if I wanted to use live chat and I don't understand. I'm 16 and I filled everything out accurately. Am I going to void my application? Do I call Target and tell them they put the "wrong" name in?
