Job title not matching the job description

I was on Indeed and saw an opening for a HR expert. While reading the description, I noticed that it had nothing to do with HR. It literally said stocking shelves, handling cash, lifting heavy items, engaging with customers, some use of basic MS Office, and at the end it said something about working with HR on handling scheduling and pay roll.

Like what?!?!?

Lmaoooo how is this HR? It's literally a retail job description.
