So I did two interviews with a company I’m really interested in. First one with the hiring manager was great, we went over the allotted time and was very conversational in nature. She told me who the next interviewer and when it will be.
Second interview, her and the person who would be my manager. It was still good, I had a good feeling all through out. They didn’t tell me anything about the third interview (I know it’s with the CEO, was mentioned from last interview) but we did not schedule it. She did say expect to hear Monday/Tuesday because of the holiday.
I went ahead and sent a note thanking them for their time and wishing them a good holiday. The hiring manager responded within the hour and said they really enjoyed meeting with me and thanked me for my “thoughtful” note. Is this a good sign or am I reading too much into the fact that the last interview was not scheduled?
