Am I wrong or is Indeed is a TOTAL ripoff for small businesses! Charged for each BS applications that applicants never follow up and then proceed to charge me for. For what? Connect me with a bot and charge me the same !
Bulk applying for jobs for job seekers means INDEED makes bank. Their commercials are uplifting and promising for job seekers which seems very positive! On the opposite it's a marketing scheme to take money from businesses trying to get help and survive IMO.
Charge was about half of my monthly revenue. $45 per applicant. Great job so people want to apply but you need to commit time because it is a literal JOB.
Give applicants a time constraint to reply or charge them instead? In a worse situation now because there was no one to hire and charged an INSANE amount without a hire. It seems to me, that this is the SECOND time using the that they make all the money off businesses trying to find help and not actually connecting applicants with work, or no?
How do I encourage applicants that my business is awesome and you just have to TRY and be a responsible, reliable adult? Is INDEED just a BS site that harvest's money from the working class?
