HR scheduling a call right after interview - what to expect?

15 minutes after I finished a third round interview, I received an email from HR thanking me for meeting with the team and to set up a quick follow-up phone call tomorrow.

I've had one initial phone screening with HR where salary was discussed, then an interview with the hiring manager, and then today the interview was with several members of the team including the two team leads.

The thing that's throwing me off is how soon after the interview HR responded, as HR communications for this company are usually a lot slower from what I've experienced so far.
