So, as my way of escaping quarantine to go back to work, I started looking for jobs for months and then finally landed a job in manufacturing which I knew I was going to hate and, lo and behold, I absolutely despised it. After about a little over 3 months, and some more applying, I landed another job and once they accepted me, I put in my two weeks for the manufacturing job. Yesterday, that very same job that I was looking forward to working terminated me with no reason. When I say no reason, I mean I contacted HR out the ass from the county and even tried to get in contact with my director and deputy director and neither of them would answer and nobody would tell me why I was terminated. I never got any complaints or was told that I was doing a bad job, my director just kind of came down, handed me the termination note, and then I was escorted out of the building.
I was only at this job for about 3½ months and now I have two jobs in the same year that I've been working for for a little over 3 months and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to explain this to future employers during the interview process or any way that I can lie about it carefully.
