Hi, I'm set to graduate with my Master's in January 2022. I just accepted a rotational role with a banking/financial company. They offered me a salary of 'X', but it technically is low compared to what I should make out of grad school (the average should be at least 5k more than X). I tried talking to my recruiter but she said that she can't do anything about it. My issue with this is that my cohort is a combination of undergrad and graduate students and we're all getting paid the same. I hate to be that guy but my graduate degree should hold more value than an undergrad's. What should I do?
