I got offered a job yesterday and they told me to get back to them with my answer as to whether or not I’d like the position (as they knew I was actively job searching). I got back to them a few hours later (because I decided it was the best job of all the offers I’ve got, and better than the jobs I have interviews for in terms of my lifestyle and what I’m looking for, and I need a job soon….I didn’t say that though lol) I told the recruiter I would like to accept the position and would love to start training on the 15th. (they start training weeks every monday when they have new hires, but they aren’t having training Thanksgiving week so I would have to do it on the 15th or the week after Thanksgiving….and as previously mentioned, I need a job very soon and can’t wait that long if I can help it) It’s now been well over 24 hours, a whole workday, and I’m afraid if the recruiter doesn’t get back to me by the end of tomorrow’s work day, I won’t get to start the training this Monday. what do I do? it’s a remote job, and I obviously have to have some sort of link or something for the training calls and everything, so it’s not like an in person job where I could just show up to the location. Any advice??
