The context is trying to get a better sense of the company culture and job description beyond what's already been communicated (a lot of times job descriptions don't really say much of anything). It could also make sense for companies who appear to be growing its headcount aggressively for whatever reason.
I have two questions:
- What recommendations do you have for an ice-breaker question that would boost the chances of earning a meeting/call? (not sure if I'm overthinking things)
- How would you suggest using these interactions to gain a better read of the company culture vs. the recruiting language that's used by every company to compete for talent?
Thanks in advance for your input!
