How do I respond to recruiter update?

My “dream job” just responded to me 3 weeks after my interview…

The email was an update simply indicating that they were delighted to hear about my skills and accomplishments. They indicated that they need an additional 2 weeks to evaluate the candidates and that they’d provide an update in the next 2 weeks.

I’d previously sent a follow-up email and this is the second email I’ve received (seems to be one that the top candidates got) to showcase the timeline of how long it’s taken to get a response...

Is there anything I could utilize in my response to the email to increase my visibility without reflecting myself as too desperate?

Any insight would be much appreciated.
