Healthcare related jobs for someone looking to take it easy?

I’ve worked in healthcare my whole adult life. I’ve been a CNA and a patient care tech. I’m currently in school and I’m looking for a job that’s still helping with patients but maybe a little less catty? All the nurses I’ve worked with think they’re high and mighty and have treated me like ass. I don’t want to work at a nursing home because every nursing home around my area sucks. I’m not super interested in an urgent/immediate care either.
