Conflicted. Should I go with new employer or remain with current one?

I received a job offer that pays 40% more than my current pay. The new job is fully remote, is a senior role, and I’ll be working as a technical expert of a specific cloud application and implementation.

My current employer does not want me to leave at all. Despite more of my team and company returning back to the office, they haven’t nudged with me to go back because they know I’ll quickly resign. The employer offered a 22% increase in salary, plus an additional increase in bonus, with the potential to also have a global transfer overseas (which was what I had negotiated for and was at the top of my priority list). The global transfer can’t happen right away, as they said, due to policies and looking into visa regulations, etc. Manager also expressed that I still have the freedom to pick and choose what I want to focus on and develop in my current role.

I am strongly conflicted between the two now. On one hand is a much higher salary increase, relaxed work culture and fully remote but much more work due to implementation

and on the other hand is work flexibility, slightly higher pay, and the potential to transfer overseas.

As of now, I am willing to settle with current employer under two contingencies: I can continue to work remote, and I can be assured that the global transfer will take place in 2022.

What do you guys think?

[UPDATE] Also want to add, depending on the path I choose, it’ll lead me to developing into two separate role. With new employer it’ll be a specialist HRIS/Cloud application analyst, while the other is more into a general analyst.
