Anyone familiar with Indeed issues?

I apologize if this doesn't belong here, but I contacted Indeed support and their response was more or less "we have no idea why this is happening."

Anyway, when I click "submit application" on the app or three different browsers (Chrome, Edge and Firefox), nothing happens. Cleared cache and cookies, deleted my ad blocker, still nothing. Their tech support asked me to try it in Incognito so that there's no ad blockers or cookies, but that didn't work, either. I'll link the video below.

Strangely enough, I made a new account and I was immediately able to apply to jobs without fail. Is it possible to get banned by them??
