Unskilled 21 years old without any degrees other than a below average high-school diploma(?)

Hello, I'm 21 years old and unskilled.

I have wasted a tremendous amount of time on jobs that have no particular future ahead of them but that is about to change. The only thing I imagine myself doing in the near future revolves around computers and/or customer service kind of thing. Manual labor is a no-no for me I just cannot handle it even though it's what I'm doing right now. Where should I start? I would rather not aimlessly just start learning stuff.
