Should I include a short stint in a similar job?

I (38M) passed the bar some years ago but wanted to try something different so I took a job as a daycare worker. On October 6th, I got a job in one of the best daycares in the city. It's a Montessori daycare in a great building and an equally great location. I had a very easy interview which was a change from the usual "What the fuck are you doing here?" reaction from other places. I really like some of the kids and am ok to good with most coworkers. I really enjoy it.

Except when I'm in a class with 18 to 36-month-olds. I can deal with 1 or 2 of those at a time. I can deal with some immature 3 to 5-year-olds. But 8 2-year-olds for 8 hours a day is getting to be too much. I'm starting to feel irritated towards them. I really like the 3-to-5 class though. If I could have that or do kindergarten, I wouldn't be looking to switch. There's one class of 18-to-36 month-olds where I'm ok but I seldom get assigned to it.

So, would it be a good idea to mention that experience and reasoning in my resume or should I skip it and pretend that never happened as I look for other places with slightly older kids?

Alternatively, is there a way I can phrase things to say that I'd like to get assigned more often to the one class of 18-to-36 that I do like? I got the impression that during the 3-month probationary period, you mainly fill vacancies on a weekly basis.
