Hi all, really desperate for some advice.
I have a final job interview tomorrow for a position in a very large and well-known ngo.
For context, I used to intern at this organization during undergrad and its big-name/reputation has helped me get many opportunities. While I like the organization's mission, I found myself doing so much work while unpaid (I literally created initiatives for them from the ground up with no acknowledgment or compensation). Also, a month ago, I made it to the final round of another position at this organization (they made me create an entire project and presentation, and ghosted me for weeks).
Recently, another hiring manager at the same org reaches out to me about another position. I make it to final round but it's also a presentation and project.
I'm still very much burnt out from the last position I had to present for (and still not get) along with applying for other jobs.
Also, I'm hesitant to even do the job interview because I already have a part-time that pays extremely well (just wish it was full-time). I would feel guilty for leaving because I just started.
I guess I need help with if I should even do the interview tomorrow if I already have a position and if I'm not even sure I want to work there. It would be great for my resume and I wouldn't want to lose a great opportunity; however, it seems like so much work for an interview and for a position that won't pay as well.
Any thoughts?
Thank you in advance.
