Should I do follow up contact?

Hello everyone!

I applied for two different jobs at a local non-profit. I would prefer one over the other but it is a great organization and I really want to work there.

I have applies through Indeed with my resume. It looked like a great match. Two days later Indeed asked if I wanted to send a follow up message. I did a brief intro of who I was and explored the areas in my resume that matched what they were looking for.

It's been four days. Should I called them and ask or just leave it?
