Offered a meeting with Division Director -- how should I prepare?

I applied for a visitor services manager position at a large cultural institution in the large city I live in.

Shortly after, they reached out for a phone screening. I passed that and was offered a panel interview, which I had on Monday of this week. The panel was five people, including the person who I would be replacing (taking an internal promotion). On Friday at 4:40, they sent me an email asking if I would be available for a "30 minute Zoom call" with the Division Director on Tuesday (closed Monday for federal holiday).

What does this mean? The person who would be my direct supervisor was in the panel interview. I can't imagine they're having a Division Director interview and make a determination, but I also don't want to get my hopes up or assume I don't still have competition.

How should I prepare for this meeting on Tuesday? Any insight into what this might mean or what purpose this Zoom call might serve?
