Keep getting emails from companies saying they’d like to receive my application on Indeed, how does this work?

So yesterday I filled out my resume on Indeed and today I look at my email and I have 6 places that have emailed me essentially saying “your experience could make a good fit for our open position, please submit a quick application” my question is how are these companies finding my profile and is this like companies that are actually interested in hiring me or are they automated messages or?
