My job randomly decided to make everyone work every single weekend. They didn't give us any warning.

Several of my coworkers managed to get weekends off by saying they have a second job. I used the same excuse, but I was told that it's not an option for me.

The thing is that it is the holiday season. I'm genuinely not going to be available on the weekends...

They're also making a retired coworker who works part time, come in to work, even though her family is coming. She hasn't seen them in a very long time due to the pandemic. She was so sad...
