I had the weirdest interview yesterday

I was interviews for a finance manager position and the cfo literally told me I look like a calm person and he’s not sure if I can handle the staff. I think me being calm is my strength and don’t know why people always think loud is strong and quiet is weak. Anyway, just venting.
