How to expedite an offer from a preferred company?

Does anyone know the best way to approach speeding along an offer without being unprofessional?

I currently have 2 offers on the table which have allowed for an extended offer deadline (Nov 5th for both), but I have a final interview with the company I want to work most with on Tuesday (Nov 2). It has a panel of high level management staff in the department.

Should I bring up other offers and let them know I need to know before Friday basically? Or should I just subtlety imply that I need a quick decision?

Also is the best way to mention it during the end of the interview or over email when following up after the interview?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
