Has this happened to anyone?

I left a company back in April and I’m still getting hit up by the company about logins and passwords. (Newsflash: there is an entire spreadsheet accessible to everyone in the company with all this information on it ). It is now October and my company is just now reaching out to me because they got locked out of some account. Shouldn’t they have updated all this information the second I handed in my resignation letter?

Idk man. It just doesn’t make sense to me. Anyways, I’m just curious if this happens a lot.
