Global Weight loss company changed their job description and I’m fed up

I’m fed up with a global weight loss company because they hadn’t responded my after interview thank you email below: Hi xxx,Thank you for your time! As soon as I closed the Zoom meeting, I had a last minute question pop up. I was a bit confused about the Bachelor's criteria because if you see in the job description, it says Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher I just wanted to clarify if the internship is only for rising seniors in their undergrad program?
