Dishwasher position at popular restaurant is very overwhelming

So today was my 3rd day as a dishwasher at a very popular restaurant known country wide. After the 2nd day I was exhausted. I think I forgot to punch in this morning but when I went to punch in and when my shift ended an hour later I forgot to punch out. This job is too stressful with all the dishes, I'm thinking about calling my manager tomorrow morning and asking if theirs any busser jobs available. How should I go about this? Should I speak with the general manager or the kitchen manager about this? This is only my second job and it's great pay with nice people I don't want to lose this company
