Can you still get the job if you did bad or ok in the interview?

I had an interview and I was a bit nervous. I don't know if I answered to my best of my ability. I was also a bit surprised that there were 9+ people interviewing me.

Normally, you can sense if you did bad or not, but for me, I just do not know. The thing is no one followed up when I answered a question? (or am I overthinking it.)?

• It was not cut short. • For my questions they answered throughly!

I asked questions, I did a thank you email as well.
