What’s a good job that I don’t need a lot of experience to get into?

I am currently working in sales and absolutely HATE it. I hate the constant check ins about numbers and flat out having to make promises to customers I know my company can’t keep just to keep their business. I am currently making 50,000 a year with a bonus of 20,000 if I meet all my sales goals.

I have been looking to get out of sales for over a year now and I have no idea what to apply for. I have just been casting a wide net and not getting anywhere. Please let me know of some job fields or company’s to check out that pay around 60,000.

I am located between the Cincinnati/ Lexington area. I don’t mind moving to either city for a new opportunity.
