What is there after retail management

Hey y’all! I’ve been in retail management for almost 17 years now. I started before I was supposed to go to college, but due to family issues, I just stayed working.

Now that I’m older, and have a family, I wanted to transition to something with better hours so I can actually see my kids grow up.

Problem is, every damn job is requiring a degree, which I don’t have, but I have leadership skills, recruiting, tech, customer experience. I can’t seem to find a good fit or get my damn foot in the door.

Any advice? TIA
