View/Edit (like the withdraw) button is gone from ALL job submissions, even ones where it was present before, with no update indicated. HR screened me out completely?

I've applied for about 10 jobs with the company I currently work at as a contractor.

I learned that Taleo will remove the withdraw button, and depending on the company/situation it might mean you are no longer considered.

The company I am applying for has no withdraw button, however the two options for a submission are to View or to View/Edit. There is also an update status but this only gives 'updated' and the date the 'update' occurred.

View/edit changes when my applications get 'updated' then it changes to just View. The one position I got a phone screen for stayed view/edit.

Yesterday I had one position still in view/edit. I applied for a position just now, and noticed that it only says view, no view/edit like every other position. Then I noticed that the position that was view/edit yesterday now only says 'view' - But the problem is it hasn't been 'updated' in a week. So no one went in and changed the status on that specific job submission.

As far as I can tell, I should still have two applications in view/edit, but they've both changed to just View, and the only explanation I have for that is a system wide change which is making me wonder if HR has screened out my profile all together.
