What is the best way to prepare for being an Airline Pilot at 15 years old.

I am 15 years old and my passion and interests are in aviation. I have wanted to be a airline pilot since I was very young and I want to get a head start. How would I go about this? I have good grades and am a sophomore in High School. I also have pervious summer work experience.
