Too many different jobs?

I've worked in hr then pivoted into a behavioral technician position and now wanting to pursue a sales and marketing position. My tell me about yourself pitch sounds all over the place. I am worried I don't stand a chance with other applicant despite it being an entry level position. Any advice?
