Today I interviewed for a job.

Today I interviewed for a job. Catch is I’m currently on a contract with my current company completing a project until the end of the year… with talk of a temp extension to complete the assignment I am working on.

Is this wrong?

The position I interviewed for would offer me security (it’s a permanent position), a pension, benefits and PTO (which I do not currently have)

Worried about potentially letting people down, being thought of as not reliable/unable to commit, and burning bridges..
