I have a job interview tomorrow for a smaller company, and I would be more excited to do the position as it was described. However, some of the reviews on Glassdoor are disappointing (poorly managed and basically no benefits, low wage). There also seems to be little to no information on salary at all, and they didn’t include it with the job listing.
As it is an introductory phone interview, is it appropriate for me to ask about how much I will be compensated? I don’t want to get too far in the interview process if it’s not even worth it for me.
