Small Grammatical Error in Thank You Email

So I recently work a Thank You email to the hiring manager. I triple-checked it myself as well as checking on Grammarly Premium. I didn’t notice anything till when I got to my part-time job, I noticed one small grammatical error in the first sentence. I feel like crap for even trusting this POS Grammarly Premium. I triple-checked my sentences and all of the spelling. Just this one small error is annoying me. Is this going to affect my candidacy? I just had the interview yesterday. FML.
