Sharing Ideas After Rejection?

Hey y'all,

Happy Sunday! I recently went through an interview process with my dream company, for my dream role. I went through the full process, to the final series of interviews. I was not selected, and I have no hard feelings. I'm disappointed, however I know this isn't the end. We are all on great terms, however no feedback was provided as to why I was not given an offer- just that they went with the other candidate.

I am great at what I do, and although I was not selected, I still have ideas and feedback to elevate their partnerships. Ideas that could really make a difference on the front end to their consumers.

My question is, would you give them your ideas or keep pursuing an opportunity?
