I started my job a little over 3 months ago. I was planning on taking some time off around Thanksgiving and the beginning of December. Is it too early to request it? I work remotely…should I email my boss or message him on teams? Sometimes he seems to lose emails. Some of my coworkers say they message him about their PTO on teams, but I feel awkward about doing that since it’s not urgent.
