My mom is an immigrant from Vietnam who’s been here (Canada) since 2002 or 2003. She does not speak English. She has been working at a company that makes food products since then. She used to sell food on the side once in awhile but hasn’t for awhile.
Due to some workplace harassment and hospitalization for a panic attack, she decided she wants a new job. Her friend (a supervisor at Linamar) offered her a job if I just write her a resume. I’m kinda scared for my mom because she does not speak English. I know that her workplace was extremely toxic, so I don’t blame her for wanting a new job.
How do I begin to write her resume? She is also uneducated and has only worked at this job in Canada. My mom is a single mom, and so my brother and I depend on her. I’m scared I will mess this up for her or make her resume look bad.
