Job offer. Don’t know what to do.

I am currently making 59k and am indifferent about my current job. I like the people I work with and the company has a great work life balance and they are very flexible(I have a 6 month old daughter and need this). I just got a job offer for a job I would really like. They would pay me 80k. A good team and a good company. However the drive would be through a rough part of town and would be a longer drive. They also don’t have much flexibility. I am torn and don’t know what to do. What would you do?
