I can’t stand how interviews are. It’s really all down to who has the “best answers”

Seriously annoys me how interviews are. I’m not great at plucking questions directed at me and turning it into a great explanation to the interviewer. I feel like I lock up and can’t think clearly. When some people might be crap at the actual job but a great talker etc. I feel like given the chance I can easily do your low entry level job just the interviews wreck me.
